I just cleaned my Zoji electric hot water dispenser with the ADC-05 Pot Cleaner and I am extremely impressed! I had at least six months of build-up in my pot and was skeptical as to if it was up for the job. I live in California where there are a lot of impurities and minerals in the tap water.
I filled the pot with water, heated it to the highest setting and added the cleaner. It immediately started bubbling, like a really hot alka seltzer. I closed the pot and waited for twenty minutes. I ran the solution through the dispenser and rinsed it out in the same fashion approximately four times.
I was AMAZED at how it cleaned out everything! It looked as if I just brought it home that day. I totally recommend this product to clean out all of your coffee, tea and other hot water dispensers.

This safe and economical cleaner from Zojirushi removes lime, scale and mineral deposit build-up from electric dispensing pots, air pots and carafes. A clean pot means proper water temperature and a fresh clean taste for beverages! This cleaner will extend the life of your appliance by keeping it clean internally! Not for use on aluminum. This item is safe to pour down the sink and will not harm plumbing or septic systems, is non-toxic and biodegradable. Sold in single packs of 1 ounce. For optimal results we recommend using 1 pack for each liter of capacity of the item being cleaned (example: a 4 -Liter capacity pot will need 4 packets of cleaner).
