My only irritation is that it keeps liquids hot for too long - I fill it with tea at 0830 and by 1330 still have to open the lid to have it cool down to a reasonable drinking temperature!
As said by others, very expensive compared to the other manufacturers, but a good example of paying for quality.
EDIT as of March 22
I've used this mug heavily over the last few weeks and unfortunately feel I have to change the rating to a 3. While it was terrific at the onset, it is giving off a plasticky taste to my tea. I've gone to great lengths to clean it after every use to no avail.
The interior is plastic and while I wondered whether it would be harmful or change the taste of my liquids I initially felt that it would not do that due to the excessive cost of this product.
So sadly I would no longer recommend this product.
